Processing Time: Each order is processed within 5-7 business days. For custom orders, please allow up to 2 weeks. Our representative will keep you updated on your shipment in case of any delay from our end.
Order Processing: Orders received on Sundays and National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Discrete Packaging: We strive to deliver your order on time and in 100% discrete packaging.
Insurance: All our items are fully insured against loss or damage in transit and require a signature on delivery.
Shipping Restrictions: We ship to all countries around the world except Russia due to logistic issues.
Taxes: VAT & Sales Taxes are included in the price, but items may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the destination country and are payable by the customer. Contact your local authorities for more information.
Courier Services:
All our shipments are carried out via Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Skynet, etc. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you as soon as possible.
In case of low stock in our United Kingdom Warehouse, we ship the products directly from our main workshop in Pakistan to meet the demand. Shipping times remain the same.
Order Tracking:
Once we dispatch the order, you will receive the tracking number on your provided email/contact number (please check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t find the email). You can always check the status of your order using the ‘Track & Trace’ option from our web store. For current updates, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company.
If the order is put on hold by the courier company for any reason, or the courier company attempts to deliver the order when the customer is not at home, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. We advise you to follow up with the courier company once you are provided the tracking number.
Once your order is dispatched, we cannot reschedule the delivery to a different address. The customer will have to contact the respective courier company for further actions or a solution.
In case of refusal to accept the delivery, a flat 50% of the total order amount will be deducted as transportation/delivery charges.
